1 year. Unlimited miles and hours.
Every remanufactured and new Turbo Solutions turbocharger is covered against defects in workmanship and materials for one year, with no mileage or hour limit.
Call before you remove the turbo. All warranty claims must be authorized by Turbo Solutions before removal. Call 1-844-428-8726 or email help@tsreman.com. Our techs can often solve the problem on the truck, and units removed without approval aren't eligible for warranty.
What's covered
- Remanufactured and new turbochargers: 1 year, unlimited miles, with proper installation and maintenance.
- Coverage runs from the date of purchase, or from the date of installation with permission from Turbo Solutions.
- Our policy is repair or replace. No refunds unless approved in writing at the original purchase.
- The warranty applies to the original purchaser and isn't transferable.
What's not covered
- Failures from improper installation or maintenance
- Lack of, low, incorrect or contaminated oil
- Over-temperature operation
- Foreign object damage
- Engines with a faulty, disabled or deleted aftertreatment system
- Progressive damage and towing charges. The warranty covers the turbocharger only.
The unit must be properly installed on a vehicle approved by the original equipment manufacturer for that turbo.
How a claim works
Get an RGA number
Call or email for a warranty RGA tracking number. Include your own tracking number or customer name if you have one, or fill in the claim form.
Ship it back free
We email a prepaid UPS label: air if the truck is down, ground if it's diagnose-only. Need a replacement right away? We'll ask for a purchase order, pending inspection.
We inspect within 48 to 72 business hours
We call the contact on the RGA with the result, and send a report with photos on request.
Credit or replacement
If approved, we send a credit or a replacement unit.
Labor claims
We consider warranty labor only when all of these are true:
- The work was done in an authorized stocking dealer's shop (not over-the-counter sales).
- The return is a true workmanship issue.
- Proof of oil change and filter service comes with the claim, including air cleaner, DPF and EGR inspection.
The maximum labor claim paid after approval is $300 (3 hours at $100 an hour).
