Remanufactured, not repainted

Every wear part. Replaced.

Each unit is fully disassembled and rebuilt to spec. Parts that don't measure up are rejected, not reused. Every remanufactured turbo ships with a serialized ID tag.

Measurements at every critical point. Out-of-spec housings and shafts are scrapped.
New bearings
New journal and thrust bearings in every unit.

Fresh seals and any worn or out-of-spec component replaced.

Today's turbos are electronic. So is our expertise.

Older fixed-geometry turbos are simple enough for anyone to import and box. Modern variable-geometry turbos add electronic actuators, software and a direct line into the aftertreatment system.

Our engineering team knows how they work, how they fail and how to troubleshoot them at the truck. That's the difference between a turbo that bolts on and one that comes back.
