This policy explains how Turbo Solutions LLC (“Turbo Solutions”, “we”) collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit tsreman.com (the “Site”). Turbo Key (myturbokey.com) and the Turbo Key mobile app are covered by their own terms and policies.

Information you give us

When you fill in a form on the Site, such as a contact, wholesale account, part request, warranty claim, training or job application form, we collect what you enter. That can include your name, company, email address, phone number, address, details about a turbocharger or claim, photos or files you upload, and, for job applications, your employment and education history.

We don't sell products on the Site and don't collect payment information here.

Information collected automatically

When you visit, we and our service providers automatically collect information about your device and visit, such as your browser, IP address, time zone, the pages you view, the site or search that referred you, and how you use the Site. We collect this with:

Who we share it with

Service providers that run the Site for us: our hosting provider, our form service (which delivers form submissions to our team by email), and Google Analytics. You can read how Google uses information and opt out of Google Analytics.
YouTube, only if you press play on a video. Videos load from YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, and YouTube's privacy policy applies to them.
Our dealers and distributors, if you ask us to connect you with one.
Authorities, when the law requires it, or to protect our rights.

We don't sell your personal information.

Do Not Track

The Site doesn't change its data collection when your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions for as long as we need them for the purpose you sent them, such as an open account or warranty claim, and as required for our records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state or other privacy laws.

Children

The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18.
