Hassle-free core returns
No core grading, no damage charges. Send back a like-for-like core and get full core value, usually credited within 24 hours of arrival.
How to return cores
Ask for prepaid shipping
Call 1-844-428-8726 or email help@tsreman.com with the core part numbers. Freight is prepaid on five or more cores.
Pack the cores
Use the original boxes when you can, since they carry a core return barcode. Include your own packing list with the quantity and part numbers.
Ship with our label
We email a UPS ground label. Ten or more cores ship LTL freight, and we handle the arrangements, including the bill of lading.
The rules
- CreditFull core value. We don't bill for core damage.
- Like for likeCores must match the unit purchased. No core substitutes.
- TimingCredits typically post within 24 hours of receiving the cores.
- InvoiceNo original invoice number needed.
- Order of creditWe always credit the oldest open core first.
